Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My parents brought me into America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I aimed to make them proud and had tunnel vision for the success. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. My goal was to go to university after graduation, and then find a corporate job. I would then marry, buy a house and start a family. However, life was not so sure. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated working in my company job. The status and the money didn't inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I realized that my passion was fitness. I also loved having fun and being able to help other people. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I discovered personal training. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. As coach, my mission is to encourage others and empower them to lead a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. My goal is to encourage others to chase their desires and live the lives they have always dreamed of. When my professional career began to take off, I had one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's loss of life. In Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her every day. The lessons of life can be hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I was given a second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like I'm living my life. When I share my experience, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for you. It is my wish that my words can make you aware that you're never truly alone. You have the potential to accomplish anything that your heart desires. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
